The Allentown Area Swing Dance Society is a nonprofit group that exists to promote swing dancing in the Greater Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton Area. We welcome all dancers, no matter what level or experience, and place a special emphasis on helping beginners learn to enjoy swing dancing. We also offer the best instructors both locally and nationally, the Lehigh Valley's largest and finest dance floor, and the most current East Coast and West Coast swing tunes. From time to time we offer instruction in Hustle, Night Club Two Step, Cha Cha, Salsa, and Country Two Step.
Founded by Dana Brones, John Thoder and Cheryl Phillips, we incorporated in the Fall of 1999. We have a ten member board of directors who meet monthly to plan dances and events.
Please come to one of our events. You do not need a partner! You'll find us very friendly, and we think you'll have a great time.
